Shopping and Payment
1. Shopping
When shopping at Parasuco.com and adding an item to your bag, it is saved in your Shopping Bag. Items placed in your Shopping Bag will remain there until you purchase those items, remove those items or leave our website.
2. Payment Terms and Order Cancellation
The terms of payment for any Products purchased through this website shall be determined at the Company’s sole discretion. Payment shall be made by credit card and/or e-gift card only. Only one credit card and one e-gift card per order will be accepted. Any payments made by credit card are subject to the approval of the financial institution that has issued the credit card. Your payment can be made in a secure way, online, by MasterCard, Discover or Visa. The credit card being used must absolutely be yours. All credit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, Parasuco will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery of your order. In the event that your card authorization and validation are declined, Parasuco reserves the right to cancel your order. The Company reserve its right to request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only. When you submit an order to us through this website you represent and warrant the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. Parasuco reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit quantities, terminate accounts and to refuse or cancel any order, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed or accepted and your credit card charged. In the event that your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, Parasuco will issue a full refund.
3. Canadian Sales Taxes
All applicable sales tax will be included on orders based on the shipping address. Sales tax amount is only an estimate until the order has been shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent. Parasuco does not charge sales tax on the purchase of e-gift cards. Purchases made with e-gift cards will be subject to taxation.
4. US Sales Taxes
We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Canada.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes (such as sale taxes) and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU, "Delivered Duties and taxes Unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
5. Redeeming a Promo Code and E-Gift Card Number
If the e-gift card number, DENIN DNA e-gift rewards card number or a promo code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one code/number per order will be accepted. Certain promo codes will not apply when there is a store-wide discount in effect, such as a Boxing Day Sale, or a Friend and Family Day or other similar events where discounts from displayed prices are being granted to everyone. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event that an unauthorized promo code is used. Please note that all promo discounts only apply to regular priced product and that use of these discounts renders your order a “discounted” order for purposes of our return policy. The Welcome Discount ode does not affect the application of our Return Policy. Product bought at full price prior to Welcome Discount may still be returned for refund in accordance with the terms of our Return Policy. If for any reason the Welcome Discount code is not applied on a customer’s first order, it remains available for use one time on any future order of the customer’s choosing. No promo can be applied to the purchase of e-gift cards however; the e-gift cards can be used to pay for products that are bought at a discount. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to redeem any e-gift card, DENIM DNA e-gift rewards card or a promo code in accordance with the above instructions. Once an order is placed and a credit card authorization is given, Parasuco is not responsible to apply any forgotten promo code for you or to change promo code for you if a more interesting one was overlooked.
